Ad Execution position is a key role assisting our Strategy team in the application and execution of customer data and analytics.


  • Assist with campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, to help ensure that client objectives are met
  • Analyze and interpret campaign and content data, helping derive actionable insights for reporting that measures the success of client objectives
  • Drive inputs to our predictive statistical models, audience profiling, market segmentation and web conversion
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Support the Strategy team in keyword campaign and optimization


  • 1+ years of analytical and data experience
  • Business Skills – ability to effectively demonstrate ownership and manage multiple assignments at once
  • Understanding of direct marketing theory (experimental design) and marketing program measurement
  • General Skills – ability to analyze business problems and think independently; suggest new approaches as appropriate
  • Strong oral and written skills to communicate data and insights in a simple way, attention to detail, aptitude for problem solving and interest in explaining consumer behaviour online


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
  • 1+ years working with Google Analytics, Adwords and other web analytics software
  • Other Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Word and Access (bonus)
