AD EXECUTION
Ad Execution position is a key role assisting our Strategy team in the application and execution of customer data and analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, to help ensure that client objectives are met
- Analyze and interpret campaign and content data, helping derive actionable insights for reporting that measures the success of client objectives
- Drive inputs to our predictive statistical models, audience profiling, market segmentation and web conversion
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support the Strategy team in keyword campaign and optimization
SKILLS
- 1+ years of analytical and data experience
- Business Skills – ability to effectively demonstrate ownership and manage multiple assignments at once
- Understanding of direct marketing theory (experimental design) and marketing program measurement
- General Skills – ability to analyze business problems and think independently; suggest new approaches as appropriate
- Strong oral and written skills to communicate data and insights in a simple way, attention to detail, aptitude for problem solving and interest in explaining consumer behaviour online
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
- 1+ years working with Google Analytics, Adwords and other web analytics software
- Other Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Word and Access (bonus)
- Statistical modelling and data queries
